When viewing consumption reports customers receive the below error:

Issue resolved. The issue was related to the Excel Workbook Disk Cache being cleared – Event ID 5226. Restarting the Excel Calculation Service resolved the issue.
The system is currently rebooting after an unplanned update and will be back online shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience.
